Mr. Yoshida defends companies against product liability, personal injury, and warranty and consumer claims. Mr. Yoshida also provides insurance coverage and regulatory advice to insurance carriers and he serves as outside general counsel to the Oregon Insurance Guaranty Association.

Mr. Yoshida is a member of the Product Liability Advisory Council (PLAC) and he has been recognized by his peers as a Super Lawyer and Best Lawyers in America in the area of products liability defense.
